Reviewer Terms & Guidelines

These terms apply when you volunteer or accept a reviewing role on RQL.

Core Terms

• Confidentiality: Do not share manuscript content outside the RQL thread/workspace.
• No plagiarism / misuse: Do not reuse manuscript content for your own work.
• Respectful conduct: Provide constructive feedback; no insults or discriminatory language.
• Conflicts of interest: Disclose conflicts and decline if needed.
• Advisory nature: Feedback does not guarantee journal acceptance.
• Reporting: Authors can report abuse; repeat abuse may lead to removal/flagging.

Minimum Deliverable

• 5–10 actionable recommendations
• 3 major concerns (where applicable)
• 3 minor concerns
• Final advisory recommendation: accept / minor / major / reject
